This page covers this website, sellpetsonline.app. The Pets Home mobile app is governed by its own policy, which is the authoritative document for anything you do inside the app: petshome.app privacy policy.
What this website collects
This site is a set of static guide pages. It has no accounts, no login, no comment system and no forms, so there is nothing here for you to submit and nothing for us to store about you directly.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which guides people read and which search terms bring them here. This sets cookies in your browser and shares data, including a truncated version of your IP address, with Google. We use it only in aggregate; we do not attempt to identify individual visitors.
You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, by blocking cookies in your browser, or by using your browser's private mode.
Hosting and delivery
The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting and delivered through Cloudflare. Both keep standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and performance purposes.
Links out
Pages here link to the Apple App Store, Google Play and petshome.app. Once you follow one of those links, that service's own privacy policy applies, not this one. App Store and Google Play links carry a campaign parameter so we can tell which guide led to an install; this tells us the source page, not who you are.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to its processing. Because this website itself holds no account data, such requests will usually concern the app rather than this site — see the app privacy policy.
Contact
Questions about this website or the app can be raised through the contact route on petshome.app.
Note for the site owner: this page describes the website's actual technical behaviour (static pages, Google Analytics, Firebase, Cloudflare) and defers to the app policy for everything else. It is not a substitute for legal advice — have your usual adviser confirm it satisfies GDPR/UK GDPR and any US state privacy law that applies to you, and replace this note with a real contact address.
